I recently had a Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) session with Sarah Albanawi from Think Happy Live Healthy, and it was one of the most powerful and healing therapeutic experiences I’ve ever had. I had been stuck with a specific fear that had been paralyzing me for years, making a decision around it feel overwhelming and impossible. Sarah guided me through the NET process with such compassion and care. I had never tried anything like it before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but she made me feel safe, seen, and fully supported the entire time. During the session, I was able to release emotion I didn’t even realize I had been holding onto. For the first time in a long time, I felt light. I could finally think clearly about the issue that had been weighing on me, and the fear that once felt so big didn’t have the same power anymore. If you’re struggling with something that talk therapy alone hasn’t been able to shift, I can’t recommend NET with Sarah enough. ~ Jennifer H
Think Happy Live Healthy provided a positive and affirming therapy experience. I was unsure about virtual sessions, but with a waiting list for in-person that was longer than my need, I gave it a try. Alyssia made the sessions helpful and meaningful, and the whole practice was very open and non-judgmental. Email contact for unexpected events between sessions was handled professionally and in a timely manner. No one wants to be hassled about billing and logistics, and I'm happy to say that ThinkHappy took my major insurance and made scheduling (and rescheduling) easy. I would recommend. ~ Sherman P
A year ago I was assigned to work with Izabela through insurance and I couldn’t have ended up with a better or more helpful experience! I was apprehensive to try out therapy sessions virtually, which was a new concept to me, but now that I have, I’m absolutely convinced it’s the best way to ensure that you fit your self care into a busy schedule. Izabela really held space for me when I needed it most and is a wonderful balance of listening, support, and guidance.
